ECCBC promotes the collaboration of local partners in early care and education through the Early Care and Education Quality Improvement Programs Committee. VISION The committee's vision is to continually improve a systematic process for children, families and early care and education providers, schools and key community members to support "school readiness" by enhancing the quality of learning available to all children from six weeks to five years old. 2008 MEETING SCHEDULE The Early Care and Education Quality Improvement Programs Committee meets three times a year on the first Monday of the month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the City of Boulder , Children Youth and Families building, 2160 Spruce Street in Boulder . Scheduled meetings: March, July, November. (Note: when the scheduled meeting date falls on a holiday, the meeting is held the second Monday of that month.) JOIN US!
